As most people know my son was taken from myself and my family on the 23/08/2014.My son was taken in the most brutal way.A way I cannot process in my head yet.I am still having to have trauma therapy and life is still so very hard.I am in a better place now than this time last year.But my life and my family's life will never be the same.I have had so much support off my liaison officers and trauma therapist.But I have chosen the charity victim support because with out them I would of not got through so much.At the beginning I just wanted to curl up and die.The simplest thing of reading a letter I could not comprehend.I still have their support now.There are sadly so many other family's like mine.They do an amazing job yet  partly rely on charity.These people genuinely care.I am still struggling to do things alone.But swimming is my release I go into my own little world.So my trauma lady sujested doing the swimathon.I would be so happy no matter how little or big for any donation.Thank you to all of my face book family who have supported me much love xx
