Over the next 12 months I, along with the Nuffield Warriors am undertaking a series of challenges......ending with the Rat Race Dirty Weekend 40 mile and 400 Obstacle challenge!

Those of you who know me know that I hate running so this will push me to the limits! But its for a  fantastic cause!

We have decided to raise money for the National Animal Welfare Trust.

National Animal Welfare Trust is a Rescue and Rehoming charity; caring for and rehoming up to 1800 animals a year. We care for animals who find themselves homeless through no fault of their own, bring them back to good health, train them and finally find them a loving forever home. 

So please, donate what you can........or better yet, join us!
