Dogs Unite's Through the Blackpool Lights 2018
Campaign by Guide Dogs (RCN Eng. & Wales 209617, Scot. SC038979, & IoM 1334)
Your dog has the power to give someone a new life. Dogs Unite is a chance for dogs and their owners to get together for a sponsored dog walk, supporting the next generation of Guide Dogs.

Story

Almost two million people in the UK are living with sight loss that has a significant impact on their daily lives. Of those, around 180,000 rarely leave their homes alone and lead lonely, isolated lives. Guide Dogs works for a world where people with sight loss are never left out of life, for a world where being blind or partially sighted is not what defines you. A world with enough support to make the challenges of sight loss no barrier to fulfilling hopes and dreams.

Tracey - We recently had the privilege of meeting a guide dog puppy in training. I was amazed and touched by how fabulous these dogs are and also by the time and effort that volunteer trainers give to enable these dogs to help others. These dogs change lives for people living with sight loss. Please help us and our own dogs, who will also do the walk through Blackpool illuminations, raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity.
