My Tube Run Challenge in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust

Hi All,

I hope this email finds you well.

I have been working on a personal project, and I would love your help & support with it, if possible.

My younger brother was diagnosed with Cancer, and had his treatment and has made a full recovery, touch wood.

We have received amazing support from a wonderful organisation, Teenage Cancer Trust.

And so I wanted to give back to them, and support, and show my appreciation by fundraising for them.

In March we celebrate the 10 year anniversary from his initial diagnoses, and 6 year of being completely cancer-free and in remission.

I have decided to try and do the tube run challenge, attempting to visit all the stations on the underground, with photographic proof of myself in front of the name of each station, and ask people to sponsor me.

And have been in contact with the Teenage Cancer Trust, who have kindly given me some wristbands and pins to sell to help me with my fundraising.

I am planning to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust on 19 March 2016. I will attempt to do the Tube Run Challenge, visiting all the London Underground Stations within 24 hours.

I would love your support and I’m looking for sponsorship as I attempt my challenge and visit every tube station on the London Underground.

I will be collecting people’s names and total commitment so please feel generous.

I developed three methods;

A)    Pick a line, and pay a £1 per station on that line...assome lines have fewer stations so some lines are more expensive than others.

B)     Pay £5 for your home station and £15 for your work station or uni station. (Suggesteddonations only [please feel free to donate more if you wish])

C)     Sponsor per station I reach, ie. 10p per station.
