Story

In 1866, our founders had a bold vision to reduce the impact of technological risks and protect people, assets and the environment. More than 150 years on, sustainability and safety continue to be the backbone of our mission and services.

Our aim is to inspire trust in technology, enabling progress by managing technology-related risks and facilitating change. This commitment is embodied in our claim “Add value. Inspire trust.” We work progressively towards being the trusted partner of choice for safety, security and sustainability solutions, adding tangible value to our clients globally. As we look towards the future, we believe that sustainability and digitalization will continue to shape the narrative of commerce and society.

Today, we are represented by more than 25,000 employees located across over 1,000 locations. Our community of experts is passionate about technology and is inspired by the possibilities of your business. United by the belief that technology should better people’s lives, we work alongside our customers to anticipate and capitalize on technological developments.

Going beyond regulatory compliance, we inspire trust in a physical and digital world to create a safer and more sustainable future.

Your gift today brings us one step closer to our goal of raising $3,000! After we reach this goal, TÜV SÜD will match the $3,000, doubling your impact!

The Children's Foundation has supported a number of grants focused on Pediatric Research. These grants support many different projects in the fields of Oncology, Hematology, Cardiology, and more. This kind of support has brought groundbreaking technology that has helped find new ways to monitor infants with heart defects, improve outcomes for young catheterized patients, and develop new procedures and treatments for pediatric heart surgeries.

Furthermore, while there have been tremendous improvements in outcomes for many children with cancer, survival remains very poor for children with certain types of cancer, like brain cancer or recurrent cancers. And for minority children like Lakelyn, who was diagnosed with brain cancer at just three months old, the response to treatment is about 15% more inferior compared to their counterparts. That is why Children’s Foundation is supporting a multi-institutional research project to advance and improve brain cancer treatment for all children. By focusing on the genetic landscape of minority children, researchers hope to improve response rates to cancer treatment.

The Children's Foundation sincerely appreciates your support in creating a better world for future generations, as well as helping the children in need while we find that path.
