Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over the next 21 days I will be taking on the Tough Mudder Challenge (with a European Flavour) and part of that will be a 29 mile walk with my sister, Karen on 19 September. 

Since Tuesday I have run 6k, completed a 5 minute plank and completed 51 Hand Walkouts (standing up, reaching down, walking myself out on my hands to a push up position, completing one push up and walking myself back on my hands to a standing position again. 51 times). 

I will post regular updates, whether it be Fitbit/Strava data, screenshots or video / photos of me humiliating myself. Enjoy!
