Devon Air Ambulance Trust is the charity that raises the funds to keep Devon’s two air ambulances flying and fleet of Critical Care Cars responding. We can only be there for those in need, with your continued kindness and support. Together, we are Devon Air Ambulance.

Story

We are identical twins, Alex & Ben White. When Ben was 18 months old he developed a severe case of pneumonia. We live on a farm and snow had blocked all the roads. Ben was very ill and would have died had the Devon Air Ambulance not arrived and taken him to hospital.

A few years later, Alex fell off a trampoline in the garden, banged his head and fell unconscious. Our parents couldn't get him to wake up and so the Devon Air Ambulance came again and took him to hospital too.

We are now 12 years old and thanks to the Devon Air Ambulance, both very well.

To celebrate the arrival of the new Airbus H145 Air Ambulance helicopter, we have decided to do some cycle trips that will cover 145 miles around Devon, passing through towns and villages whose first letter of their name spell the words 'Devon Air Ambulance', for example; Dartmouth, Exeter, Virginstow etc...

We hope to raise as much money as we can, so other people can be helped by the Devon Air Ambulance like we were.
