Story

Following the overwhelming success of Tyler’s Playtime Ball, the 1st Tyler Reader Charity Ball, which was held on Saturday 12th November 2016 at The Conservatory at Luton Hoo’s Walled Garden and raised £22,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital, planning is underway for the 2nd Tyler Reader Charity Ball and we are seeking your support to help make this as successful as last year’s Ball.

Tyler's Wonderland is a Black Tie Charity Ball which will be held on Saturday 11th November 2017 to raise funds for The Tyler Reader Brighter Future Fund, which supports Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.

On the 6th November 2015 at 34 months old, Tyler Reader suddenly passed away after developing Sepsis following what appeared to be a normal chest infection. Tyler suffered 6 cardiac arrests during his 8 hours in hospital care, passing away shortly before a heart-lung bypass could be performed.

Money raised on the evening will help contribute towards our initial fundraising total of £79,500, which will help provide Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Children’s Acute Transport Service with some of
the vital equipment and training that they require in order to help treat
severe cases like that of Tyler.

It would be greatly appreciated if you are able to help support the event.

Should you wish to attend the evening then tickets can be bought at https://tylerreader.org/2017-charity-ball/
