I am taking part in the Palace to Palace ride on 5th October 2014, together with some great people from Arqiva. We'll be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust, who support disadvantaged young people in the UK.

I haven't been in the saddle for 45 miles / 72 km for a long time and would very much appreciate any moral (and donation) support you can give.
