Salaam I will be completing my first ever 100 mile (century) ride for charity this 29th of May at the age of 65 years old inshaAllah. Any amount you can spare for this worthy cause will inshaAllah be waiting for you on the other side. Our Palestine-refugee brothers and sisters are living in very bad conditions and we have a chance to improve their Longterm condition. Please let us do what we can for their sake. 

I have more than 10 lovely team members and my son who will all be supporting me to cross the finishing line for the Ride London 100 mile ride. The most distance I have ridden is 65 miles so I will be training hard these coming weeks inshaAllah so please keep me in your duas. 

A few days after I complete the ride I have my knee replacement surgery, so I'm trying to get all the use I can get out of my old knee. So please keep me in your duas for that too.  

There will be over 25,000 cyclists joining so this is the biggest event I've joined as well as the longest distance!
