We will be supporting 3 palestinian refugee camps (in Tyre, Said and Tripoli) and providing essential resources to run their Youth clubs via a local Lebanese NGO to provide a place where people can feel safe and valued, have fun, and ultimately discover meaning and direction for their lives.
Camp Burj Shemali for example in the Tyre area is one of the poorest camps in Lebanon - extremely high cases of thalassemia and sickle cell disease amongst the camp’s inhabitants:

Unemployment is extremely high and in almost all cases the Youth clubs are a much needed outlet for a wide age range group as there is so much left in ruins and severe socioeconomic conditions across the camps.
Since we also have our local Palmers Green Youth club, Green Stars - we will be twinned with the project in Lebanon and inshaAllah be able to deliver much more between the two projects.
For clarity 70% will be allocated to our dear palestinian refugees. The remainder will be used tp support our local youth via the Green Stars project.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, your kind donation will help provide much needed services and resources to the Youth clubs!
