We are pushing ourselves personally with this challenge, we have spent the last few months setting up events and giving others to opportunity to be brave and to speak out about mental health and now we take the front seat again with this challenge.

Andy McCarthy aka Woody! This will be Woodys first ever challenge with us! Woody has had personal issues with his heart ever since he was young, He is so brave to challenge himself to this now and we will make sure we are with him every step of the way showing the power of helping each other.

Zoe Smith! Zoe is elite, a real competitor and a real inspiration to us at United Minds! Her weight loss story is a story full of determination and willpower and she makes us really proud to know her! She is determined and she will be keep the guys on there toes on the cycle.
