"A strong Tsunami has hit the coast of Indonesia following a devastating 7.5 magnitude earthquake. Hundreds of people have been reported to have been killed so far, with that number sure to rise. More than 120,000 people died in Indonesia due to the 2004 Tsunami."

The fantastic Muslim hands team, lead by some amazingly selfless staff, whom I have personally worked with have been down there, working incredibly hard, to help those affected, in difficult conditions, but we need your help.

Other important aid, such as sanitary towels for women and nappies for children aswell as, in the near future, sheltered housing are also being provided. The charity are also working with a kitchen in one of the local areas that cooks meals with the food, provided by Muslim hands; THEY distribute it daily & much more.
