On Saturday (15.07.2017) ten of us are taking up the 5 km running challenge and are hoping that our efforts and aching muscles are going to raise not only some funds for this amazing charity but also will raise awareness about the widespread phenomenon - homeliness.  

Not every one of us is lucky to have what most of the people are taking for granted: roof under the head, bed and a place where you can be yourself and most importantly feel safe!

Emmaus communities provide a lasting solution to homelessness by offering formerly homeless people a home, work and the chance to regain self-respect in a supportive environment. Residents work full time in the community business, renovating and re-selling donated furniture.
