Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2013 I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I struggle on a daily bases with this condition. I would be so grateful if you could donate to this wonderful charity. Every penny counts no matter how little it is it will always be big to me. Thank you xx
