We are fighting to make a world where diabetes does no harm

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just- Giving page.

On 25th September 2016 I shall be running yet another 26.2miles in the Berlin Marathon for Diabetes UK (It seems London Marathon didn't completely destroy my legs) .  This is a last minute decision, I have given myself 9 weeks to clock up the miles & build up stamina to get round such a wonderful race course.  Again this run is in memory of my best friend Chanel Alexander who lost her battle with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 26.

I have pledged to raise £900 minimum for my chosen charity; ideas this time for fundraising the usual just-giving page, bingo tea held in local church, sweepstake some fantastic prizes to give away again, donated wax (Jim Reid has donated his hair, he doesn't know this as yet)  sponsor forms and tin collection cans placed within local shops.

All funds raised go direct to Diabetes UK.  Diabetes UK are the UKs leading charity that cares for, connect with and campaigns on behalf of every person affected by or at risk of type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

Any small donation contributed to my fund raising is very much appreciated.

You can also donate via text - Text 70070 - code - TDUK80 £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or any amount.

May I take this opportunity once again to thank everyone for helping me over the past 4 years with my fund-raising - you guys are all legends!!!

Here's to smashing another marathon.. if its a success... I may even go for the majors (joke).

"Shout out to Thomas Cufley and Asif Hameed - Fellow TDUK London Marathon Runners, who have also decided at the last minute to just go Smash Berlin" #TDUK
