Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Essential Thrombocythaemia (ET) one of a group of rare blood cancers called  Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN).  MPN Voice is a charity based at Guy's and St Thomas' where I am being treated.  They provide support for patients and their families and fundraise for further research.  

I am trying to make some lifestyle changes to improve my symptoms as well as fundraise for the charity  So I am starting by cutting down my sugar intake (and I have a very sweet tooth!) so hoping that you will support me and the charity.  Many thanks!
