For most people who may not know our story - Our father was a police officer and alongside his colleague PC Andy Munn they were killed whilst pursuing a drunk driver back in August 2002. We are immensely proud of the everyday sacrifice our father made to protect the streets and in return we wanted to push ourselves to our limits in memory of this dedication.  

COPS was a charity set up by survivors for survivors, in order to provide support for the families who have lost a family member in the line of duty. 

We were one of the very first family's to attend the first COPS survivors weekend and since then we have received first hand the invaluable support from the charity following this tragic loss.

In the last 15 years; COPS have provided support for families across the nation enabling them to share stories, support one another through their grief and provide those who truly understand the extent of their loss. No-one else can truly understand the extent of your loss unless they too have experienced it. And it is with COPS we are brought together to build each other back up. Sadly, each year, this family continues to grow as more officers pay the ultimate sacrifice for their dedication to protecting our communities. 

It is with COPS that we have made lifelong friends, achieved so much in or lives that we feel it is now that we gave back to the charity for all its done for us.
