Thank you for visiting my page. I have decided to kick start my charity/humanitarian aid work by trekking up the tallest free standing mountain in Africa, mount Killimanjaro for the charity Penny appeal. 

This grueling 9 day trek will be a challenge for me and our team. However our trials are nothing compared to those who suffer from poverty, lack of clean food, water and shelter for most of their lives. 

The money raised will go towards the thirst relief campaign, which provides clean water to poor rural communities across the world, giving them safe water for drinking, cooking, cleaning, water for their crops and animals and the chance to break out of the poverty cycle. Your money will go towards building water wells across Gambia.

I hope I can inspire others to take on charity work, in the same way those before me inspired me. I truly believe together we can end poverty and make the world a better place for everyone.
