I’m running in memory of my friend Des Maloney, who sadly passed away in his sleep from heart failure on the  3rd of June 2018 aged 51. All money raised goes towards the Blue Skies Hospitals Fund and will go towards the cardiac unit Dr Kenneth Wong, who is himself trying to raise money for a handheld Echo Machine for the heart. They are in the region of £7k, and he has just had an event, but he is not quite hit the target.
