Hi Everyone,

As part of our on going health and wellbeing programme for 2020, we will be supporting 'Mates in Mind', a charity that supports and educates Mental Health in the Workplace by raising awareness, addressing the stigma of poor Mental Health and promoting positive mental wellbeing across workplaces.

We will be doing this through 20 events that promote Health and Wellbeing throughout the forthcoming year.

1 in 3 people experience Mental Health issues each year, with 1 in 6 working age adults having symptoms associated with ill Mental Health.

Physical Activity has a huge potential to enhance our wellbeing. A short 10 minute brisk increases our mental alertness, energy and positive mood. Participation in regular physical activity can increase our self-esteem and can reduce stress and anxiety.

With this in mind, we have devised a programme of events over the course of 2020, with something for everyone to take part in. We are all setting ourselves personal goals!
