This year my lovely husband Sam and I will be walking (a combined) 200 miles before May 12th - M.E Awareness day and my birthday! 

The M.E association offers support to individuals and families who are affected by M.E. When I was a teenager suffering from M.E these vital resources didn't exist. Without them, around 250,000 people in the UK would be left largely without support or anybody who understood what they were going through. M.E can be a massively debilitating experience for both the sufferers and their loved ones, so please donate to support the M.E Association. 

I feel so lucky to be in a position where I can now take part in fundraising activities like this, living mostly symptom free. It's super important to raise awareness of a condition that remains so widely misunderstood.
