Ok, so normally, during the year I get on my bike and I pedal away silly distances and raise money for an amazing charity that helped my daughter, Melissa, during her illness. 

This year, I'm still biking silly distances, but I'm also walking silly distances too.

With Nicky Marck (the person who coerced me into this stupid idea) and my brother in law Ray Barks (Madder than me, because he leapt at the chance to do it without thinking) we shall be putting on our walking shoes and walking the 42 ish miles across Wales.  From Glandyfi in the west to Kerry and the Anchor pub in the east.

42 miles of hills, tracks, roads, paths, past sheep, cows, dogs and flamingos... ok, not flamingos, but it may be wet, so you never know!

We're raising funds in memory of Melissa and in aid of the Lymphoma Association.
