Rock Solid Milton Keynes · 29 October 2016

Thames Valley Air Ambulance is the only provider of advanced critical care within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Every day, someone in our community could be in urgent need of our service.

Story

At Rock Solid race, times don't matter. It's about conquering a challenge, beating the obstacles as a team and showing everyone that we can tackle even the most intense challenge

14 willing (ish) and able (ish) RMS Employees have entered into the Rock Solid Race MK on Saturday 29th October in aid of our Company Charity, Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance.

But, if we are going to beat the obstacle course with more challenges per kilometre than any other course in Britain, we're going to need help from our teammates and support from YOU.

We're going to need to back each other up, help all of us to push that extra yard (or over a wall!) and to no doubt fall about laughing when some of us face plant into the freezing cold, all natural mud.  Our mud running ravers are:

Paul McOmish, John McCay, Gregg Winkel, Joe "Mr MK" Winyard, Matt Kendall, Laurie Bernard, Colette Lamb, Jade Parrott, Rachael Joy, Gail Ball, Emily Young, Shauni Read, Sarah Gruner, Charlotte Woodland.

Thames Valley Air Ambulance provide life-saving support across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Each day an average of 3 people will find themselves in a life-threatening situation that requires urgent high-quality medical treatment. They receive NO Government funding and are not supported by the National Lottery so rely entirely on public donation to keep them flying 365 days a year.

Please help us to help them.
