In memory of Stanley McLean
We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

On the 24th July 2012, our wonderful 18th month old nephew Stanley passed away after his 3rd heart operation at Great Ormond Street Hopsital, London.

Stanley was an extra special little boy who endured so much during his 18 months. He was so brave and strong, bringing so much joy to the lives of all those who were privileged to share a part in his.

For this all too short period of joy, we wish to pay special tribute to the doctors, nurses and staff of Great Ormond Street Hospital. Their expertise, care and compassion for children is unparalleled and as such allowed many of us to share special times with the bravest of little soldiers, young Stanley.

Our eyes have been well and truly opened to the amazing work and care provided by GOSH for so many very ill children and their families.

The ability of GOSH to maintain this premium level of care and service relies heavily upon charity donations. We would therefore be so very grateful if you would choose to make a donation in order to help them keep the magic alive for these children and their families.

Thank you so very much in advance.

We would like to sign off by paying tribute not only to our little star Stanley, but also to our dear step-sister Debbie and brother in law Brad. We are in absolute awe of your courage and strength and we love you both dearly xx
