In 23 years Service with the RAF I have seen so many mental health problem for my friends and colleagues.. they can be minor, they can be massive, they are often hidden, or if you're lucky, they're out there in your face for all to see and it's obvious the person needs help. More importantly, they all too often end in devastating circumstances, families are torn apart but a lack of answers.. why did he or she not talk to us?

The more recourses Mind has to help future tragic events the better. Please help.
