Mind offers information and advice to people with mental health problems and lobbies government and local authorities on their behalf. It also works to raise public awareness and understanding of issues relating to mental health.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Therefore mental health matters.

On the 10th July 2021 a number of us that has decided to take up the yorkshire three peaks challenge to raise money for mind, with the challenging times going on in the world at the moment alot of people need help and support.
