ACG ADVENTURES

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

We (Andy, Cara and Geoff) form ACG Adventures, a walk guiding business, and have challenged ourselves to conquer the Welsh 3000s. There are 14 peaks in North Wales over 3000ft and we plan to climb all 14 in just two and a half days, starting 31st May 2007.

Helen & Douglas House is a registered charity providing respite and end of life care for children and young adults with life-shortening conditions, as well as support and friendship for the whole family.  They can be found at http://www.helenanddouglas.org.uk/index.html

Helen & Douglas House recently featured in a BBC2 series called "The Children of Helen House" and is also celebrating its 25th anniversary this year (when Helen House opened in 1982, it was the first hospice for children. Douglas House was the first hospice for young adults when it opened in 2004).

The hospices are located close to where we all live and work and this charity is therefore particularly special to us, so please give generously.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Helen & Douglas House will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.

Andy, Cara and Geoff
