This March, I'm Swimming 5K to raise money for GOSH Charity. Where my young nephew of 12 yrs old is being treated for Medulloblastoma - a maglignant brain tumor, he has already underwent a 9 hr op and had a 6 wks course of Proton Beam Therapy - 30 sessions in all and now is having Chemotherapy. Every day, more than 600 seriously ill children and young people from across the UK arrive at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses and conditions, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential.
