To mark International Womens Day on Wednesday 8th March 2023 the McCarthy Stone Foundation with the McCarthy Stone Womens Network is organising a fundraising Sea Dip at Bournemouth beach. All money raised will go directly to charities supporting older women in their communities and all funds raised on the day will be matched by the McCarthy Stone Foundation. Myself and Gwen will travel to  Bournemouth Pier,  where we will meet up with other participants. Luckily there will be warm drinks and cake on hand for when we have completed the challenge! Open water swimming has so many health benefits and every little helps when your over 50!
