Thanks for taking the time to visit The Whitbread London Team Three Peaks Challenge JustGiving page.
On June 26th 2019 the group has chosen to tackle the challenge of climbing the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH); the extraordinary hospital charity that supports seriously ill children to have the best chance to fulfill their potential.
The group represents the Whitbread's London Acquisition and Construction Team and is made up of representatives from Whitbread, TowerEight, Axiom Architects, Simpson Associates, Applied Energy and Baqus. There is a wide range of ages and physical fitness among us but we all share a strong team spirit and determination to complete the challenge to support GOSH.
Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive at GOSH. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. And every day is a chance for you to make a difference.
About The Challenge
The National Three Peaks challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37 km) and the total ascent is 3064 meters(10,052ft). The total driving time between all of peaks is 462 miles.
With all of that in mind, please do think about the difference your money can make in helping GOSH and supporting the children they care for, so please give as generously as you can, thank you.
