Thanks for taking the time to come here!  I'm going to be taking on the Leeds 10k and I'll attempt to run it in under 60 minutes.  My weathered legs have run over 3,000 miles since I started running in 2012 and they're on a downward curve as my knees creek and every sinew aches for days after a run.  

I'd like to raise some cash for a fantastic charity who help the homeless in Leeds to get a good meal, education, meaningful employment, housing, confidence and the opportunity to get their lives back or build a new one.  A lot of people in Leeds unfortunately rely on this service and I've seen close up the amazing work that they do. 

Any donation is welcomed and very much appreciated, regardless of the amount :)  If it's going to leave you hungry then please don't donate, but if you can spare a little gesture for somebody in need to grab a meal then I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
