Mt Toubkal Challenge · 14 June 2022

At a time when a quarter of the population experience mental health problems, the Co-op has announced a new charity partnership to support its commitment to tackle mental wellbeing for its colleagues and communities.

Story

This is my biggest challenge to date and one I’m super motivated for, not only will it be an adventure but also part of a team that will raise lots of money and awareness for a fantastic charity as detailed below.

It’s not everyday you get the opportunity to scale the highest mountain in North Africa but this year I get that opportunity and to be able to do it for something which I’m very passionate about makes me proud and encourage you all to support the best you can, whether big or small every donation counts 🏔

SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) is Scotland's largest mental health charity and believe there is no health without mental health. SAMH has represented the voice of people most affected by mental health problems in Scotland for more than 90 years.SAMH currently operates over 60 services in communities across Scotland supporting more than 3,500 people through recovery and focused community services.

Your support and generosity is greatly received and appreciated. Thanks Will
