I am running the Great North Run on 11 Sept 2022 (3 weeks’ from now) to help raise some money for the 2028 Festival I was lucky enough to be awarded the entry ticket by Paul Crockett (head of fundraising at the MCF) who had a few tokens available. I have done plenty of running in the past but never attempted a Half Marathon so this is a first, the training has been a little difficult because of a knee injury but I have managed a few miles. Attached is a course map which will give an idea of the route I will be running, I am hoping to be able to raise £500 with the help of the lodges in our group, please give your support for a great cause and help me make my target figure.
