Having watched the Robert Burrow Documentary I sat on the sofa, shed a tear, and thought what can I do to fundraise to support reasearch into this cruel disease ?

I dug back into the memory banks of being a rugby coach. The words ' washing line ' came to mind ! There are several young men out there aged 27ish that may well remember the first female Windsor Rugby coach shouting ' washing lines ' first thing on a Sunday morning !

OK, so what are we doing ?   What can we do to be Covid 19 compliant ?

Whilst lockdown is on a ' simplified ' version of the ' Washing Lines ' has been created. Please see the video. You can play this in your home, ( on the sofa ) or outside when you meet that 1 person to exericse with. Hope it raises a smile  xx
