I have been told that there are 3 things that the people of Beirut are in urgent need of:

1- food, 2- medical supplies and 3- hygiene kits

I have many Lebanese friends who explained to me how difficult it was to send money in the last few months and that the government had protocols for bank transfers & withdrawals.
