Make a Lavender Eye Pillow and Relax with Yoga and Gong

Here are ways you can support this cause:

• donate any amount to support us
• donate £30 to attend the full event including eye pillow workshop
• donate £20 to attend the restorative yoga and gong only

On Sunday 18th December, we will be gathering from 6.30 - 7.30 to make a silk lavender eye pillow (all materials provided). There will be tea and home made mince pies to enjoy while we craft. 

You can then use your eye pillow to relax from 7.30 - 9.30 at a Restorative Yoga and Gong Workshop, or you might want to gift your eye pillow to a friend for Christmas. They make lovely gifts. 

Once you have made your donation, please book yourself into the workshop via the Yoga by Nature website. You won't be charged to. book in if you have donated here.
