Joining and attending our yogi community is such a wonderful way to align your mental and physical balance whilst supporting one of the world’s leading children's hospitals.
From personal experience, Yoga lowered my blood pressure, increased mental awareness and clarity, strengthening both physical and mental resilience for the last 20years by utilising regular practice.
Yoga, it’s physical benefit and mental positive impact (especially from mindfulness perspective and being 'present') can also help in reducing any anxieties especially during these uncertain times.
