Ummah Welfare Trust was founded in 2001 with the goal of challenging the huge poverty and injustice prevalent in the Ummah today. Inspired by the Islamic teachings of empathy and selflessness, the charity strives to support and uplift the impoverished through the beautiful act of charity.

Story

Jazak Allahu Khayran for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Alhamdulillah 2 years ago we raised for a Masjid in Afghanistan and
Alhamdulillah that Masjid is active with 5 daily Salah, Jumuah, Daily Madrasah, Taraweeh etc Please see video below!

This has now become a major source of Sadaqatul Jaariyah for all those that participated in this

This year we decided to follow this up with another Masjid after hearing of the plight of Muslims in Sierra Leone.

There is a serious threat of hundreds and thousands of people losing their Imaan due to the missionary efforts. The following picture shows our brother with a cross on his t-shirt...

Our aim is to provide a Masjid that can become a hub to consolidate and strengthen their Imaan and the Imaan of their progeny and be a centre of Dawah insha Allah.

The Masjid will be similar to this insha Allah -

Please join us in the journey of rewards and goodness and secure your Sadaqatul Jaariyah.

‘Whosoever
builds a house (masjid) for the pleasure of Allah, whether it be small or
large, Allah builds for him a house in Paradise.’

[Tirmidhi]

The total cost of the Masjid, Water Well and Classrooms is £25,000
inshaAllah

With your help I want to raise this amount before the end of this blessed
month of Ramadhan
