UMMAH WELFARE TRUST £10 MILLION COVID-19 GLOBAL APPEAL
Ummah Welfare Trust is launching a £10 million appeal to support communities across the world who have been affected by Covid-19.
Ummah Welfare Trust is also supporting affected families across the world. The charity’s initiatives include:
- Testing facilities and food programmes in camps inside Syria for displaced families.
- Cooked meals for labourers in India unable to return home, along with PPE for hospitals in Delhi.
- Hygiene kits for families in Gaza.
- Financial support for redundant teachers in Gambia and Sierra Leone and toiletries for poor families.
- Food packs for affected families and children in Yemen, Pakistan and Philippines.
