Hi everyone after missing out on London marathon last year due to injury I deferred my place to the 2025 London marathon

I am doing the London marathon to prove to people that anyone who puts their mind to it can achieve any goal they want to in life. And also to raise money for a charity that helped me in the years I had kidney disease and they still help now 7 years after I had my kidney transplant. I have my sister Amanda to thank for my good health as she donated me one of her kidneys. Anyone who donates can pick a song for my marathon playlist.

To anyone who want to know about my story I will explain briefly. When I was 7 years old I was diagnosed with kidney disease and was told both kidneys would fail within 10 years but the doctors were wrong I managed to get 14 years out of them and then had to go on dialysis for 6 months whilst I waited for a kidney which thankfully I got one from my sister Amanda it was then a long road to recovery but now my fitness has gone from strength to strength and I’m now looking forward to completing London marathon this year
