As you all are aware, I lost my wonderful dad in November 2009. He had heart problems most of his life and due to a deteriation in his health, he went into hospital at the end of October 2009 for open heart surgery that we thought would make life a little bit easier for him. However, dad's heart was in a worse state than we knew and he was suffering from more complications. He made it through the operation but suffered cardiac arrest 3 days later and passed away.

My dad was one of the most amazing people I know and I miss him so much every day. We have already taken part in fundraising in his memory for the British Heart Foundation including, coffee mornings, sheffield half marathon and Zumbathon. As this year would have been dad's 60th I wanted to do something big!! Please support me!!
