Me and 9 others who either volunteer or are members of the charity Sportsable have all decided to take on the challenge of doing the boulters to bray Lock swim on 1st July 2017. 

Sportsable is an incredible charity which helps those with all kinds of disabilities get involved in a whole range of different sports from swimming to athletics and wheelchair basketball to Archery. Not only has it had some amazing success in para-sport including members representing Great Britain in Paralympic squads 49 times in the last 41 years, it has also made huge differences to many lives.
