With the campaign to liberate Mosul now underway, the struggle to support the innocent families fleeing the violence increases. This campaign is to raise money to support the displaced people of Iraq.

will be competing in a live 24 hour AMRAP (as many reps as possible) continuous fitness challenge from Iraq in order to raise money for the Civilians Fleeing Mosul through IWA Aid Relief. Details of the challenge do not get announced until the event and more throughout the event but here is an idea of what we will have to complete:

What is the 24-Hour AMRAP Challenge?

  • the event lasts for 24 hours
  • start time is December 17th noon CET, (1400 Iraqi time) end time is December 18th, noon CET
  • six athletes per team
  • the athletes have to stay in the location during the entire 24 hours
  • every hour upon the hour, we will publish three movements
  • your team needs to complete at least 500 reps per hour using these movements
  • only one athlete can work at a time, teams have to work in a caroussel style fashion
  • you are free to use one, two, or all three movements, or any combination of them
  • every hour the team submits their score online
  • the online leaderboard will be updated every hour creating true real-time global competition
  • the team that has completed the most amount of reps after 24 hours, wins

    All donations welcome as well as volunteers for the support team to help out the 6 of us in total clip.
