This 4th of July I will be running in the Regent's Park Summer 10-K as part of a team supporting Women for Women International (see below).  We would love your support in any way!  Please stop by or run along if you are around!

Women for Women International is a non-profit humanitarian organisation founded in 1993 that helps women in conflict and post-conflict zones such as Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Kosovo, Nigeria, Rwanda and Sudan by providing financial and emotional support, rights awareness training, education and job skills training to women survivors of war. 

The Women for Women International London Junior Leadership Circle works to raise awareness among women between the ages of 25 and 34 and fund projects such as building a greenhouse in Bosnia and establishing a beekeeping and woodworking business in Kosovo.
