I usually run the 10k's for 'competitive' fun with my pals like Gordon here. I'm putting in an extra effort this year at the Men's Health Forum Scotland 10k to raise money for Maggies Cancer Caring Centres. I can't guarantee a great time but I'll be pushing it all the way to stay under 42 minutes if I can.
