Story
I am planning to run the London Marathon dressed as a Nun. This decision is based not on ecumnenical benediction, but on the delight experienced when the soft, silk outfit rubs against my skin...
As you can imagine, this will heighten the extent of the task of completing the 26.2m that I require to undertake (however, I did draw the line at fish net stockings). Hence, please bear this - and the £2,000 target - in mind when sponsoring me and give generously!

Update at 31st March 2009
Delighted to report that the first training run in the nuns outfit went well. In particular, the feeling of the soft silk material on my skin was beyond my wildest expectations. Managed to keep a low profile and avoid much human contact, other that a couple of Eastern European men who cycled passed and remarked that I looked very nice!
