I am taking part in a bike ride for 'lifeblood' (thrombosis charity) on tuesday 17th august from Epsom racecourse to Arundel (West Sussex)

The Thrombosis Charity aims to increase awareness of thrombosis and to raise research funds to improve patient care through improved prevention and treatment of this very common problem.
