After running over 400 miles, having 10 physio sessions, 8 accupuncture sessions, one sports massage and  umpteen bowls of pasta I'm as ready as I'll ever be for the London Marathon.

Being my first marathon its been a struggle.......but so that a worthy cause can benefit from my aching feet and legs, please please please take a moment to consider donating to a very worthwile charity - Alzheimers - which may end up helping anyone of us or our families.
