Dedicated to the memory of my Father John Alan Stothard (11/02/1952 - 14/02/2008)

My name is Simon Stothard I am 25 and I have Cystic Fibrosis. This page has been setup as a dedication to the commitment my Dad John Stothard gave to keeping me healthy as well as raising money and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. He was the secretary for the Dunstable CF group (a role which I have taken over for him) and gave much of his time and energy for the cause. I have done many Marathons and cycling events as well as other fundraising events and he along with my Mum allowed me to do this through keeping me so healthy and supporting me on training days and at the actual events.

I have done events along with other people supporting the same cause over the last year which my Dad had organised or helped me train for and planned future events to be achieved in his name all to be put under one name Get Active For CF 2007-2008. We hoped using this slogan it would get overs motivated to do something for CF and to give generously. For full information see www.simonstothard.com.
